Installation

The tiles can be installed on an flat even surface (such as concrete, asphalt, etc) or on an even ground (such as gravel, sand, soil, etc).
Handling and cutting of the tiles is effortless. It is easy to cut the tiles to various shapes and forms to make finished installation look professional. Installation of the tiles doesn’t require previous experience or special tools.
We recommend installing the tiles with 50% overlap and using all of the provided installation pins to make the surface as strong as possible.

Technical information

The rubber tile is available in square (500 x 500 mm and 1000 x 1000 mm) and H-shape (160 x 200 mm) shapes with different thicknesses (20 – 80 mm). The bigger square has a faux square grooves on top so it can freely be used with the smaller squares. Curb tiles are sized 1000 x 250 x 400 mm.
The base colors of the tiles are black, gray, red, and green. Tiles with EPDM layer have over 30 different colours available.
The rubber tiles are certified by TÜV according to playground standards EN-1177 and EN-1176.
The rubber tiles are an ecological choice. They are completely manufactured from recycled car tires.
